About Tutts Clump Cider
The team at Tutts Clump have been making award-winning Cider and Perry since with full juice from Real fruit since 2006. All of their ciders are gluten free and suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
Tutts Clump do not filter, pasteurise or carbonate their products. The only additives are sucralose and sulphites in small quantities. Everything is handled and packaged in-house, into bottles, cans, bag in box, pouches, casks and kegs. They are also SALSA approved.
History of Tutts clump
Tutts Clump Cider is a family business that was set up in 2006 by Tim Wale. Tim (who is an Agricultural/Motor Engineer by trade) was born in the hamlet of Tutts Clump, West Berkshire in 1957 and still lives there. Tim is assisted by his wife and five daughters – two of whom are full time.
Cider making started as a hobby with production of some 25 litres. By 2013 we were using around 90 tonnes of home counties grown apples and crafting some 60,000 litres of Proper Cider which is increasing year on year (71,000 litres in 2019).
Ciders
Formally called Royal Wedding Cider to celebrate the Royal wedding of a local young lady Kate Midddleton, who grew up in our villages of Bradfield and Bucklebury to Prince William on April 29th 2011. This award-winning crisp medium/sweet Real Cider is handmade from a variety of apples mainly from within West Berkshire. This Crisp refreshing Eastern Counties style Cider may be enjoyed on any occasion to accompany a meal or on its own. Made from 100% juice with no added water. Bottles and cans are naturally carbonated due to conditioning, draught "bag in box" is still. Award winning cider with 100% juice from real fruit. Being sugar and gluten free it's also suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians

He had a fantastic memory and brilliant sense of humour, always reminiscing very many funny true-life stories including impersonating the characters involved".
