Fort Cyder is made from hand picked apples to ensure the impeccable quality of the juice - a blend of Cox, Bramley and Egremont Russett. The apples are hand sorted, washed, scratted, pressed and fermented. It is naturally clear through time and oodles of patience with absolutely no chemical interference, no additives and no added sugars or sweetners.
100% apple juice, with no watering down. Fort Cyder has a wonderful nose reminiscent of classic Normandy-esque light honeycombe aromatics.
