It has been loving created for our passionate followers seeking to celebrate the ‘bygone years’ of traditional cider production, with an ABV to match. The ideal alternative to wine, great for pairing with food or enjoying chilled on its own. 8% ABV

Biddenden Ice Cider (2021 Harvest)

Available to purchase from Saturday 30^th April 2022,  Biddenden Ice Cider 2021 – the first of its kind within the Biddenden Cider range. Made from locally grown apples, Biddenden Ice Cider 2021 is an intense, sweet, complex Ice Cider bursting with aromas and reflecting the best characteristics from Kentish grown Egremont Russet and Bramley apples. The apples are pressed on site at Biddenden and then cold settled for 24 hours, leaving a light straw-coloured liquor, which is then frozen. Once removed from the freezer, the juice is allowed to naturally defrost, and a process known as cryoconcentration occurs where the water separates from the natural sugars. The sugar liquor drains slowly from the tanks leaving the water behind, still frozen in suspense resulting in a high natural sugar content, concentrated aromas, and the enhancement of acidity and tannins.

Biddenden Monk's Delight Cider

Medium, spiced cider, ideal for mulling A still cider spiced with honey and cinnamon. Ideal for mulling or can be served over ice for summer. Created using the traditional Barnes' family recipe, all Biddenden's ciders are produced from a blend of farm-pressed, quality Kentish culinary and dessert apples. 7.5% ABV

12 x 500ml Red Love® Sparkling Cider

Red Love® sparkling cider is medium in taste with a natural rosé blush and an intense, crisp apple flavour owing to the Red Love® variety which are naturally red skinned, red fleshed apples.The unique single-varietal cider is being exclusively produced in Kent by Biddenden, in conjunction with AG Thames, the only company with the rights to grow the variety in the UK for commercial purposes, and East Malling Research, where the trees are planted.Red Love® is a Swiss variety which has been developed over the past 25 years by Markus Kobelt, founder of plant nursery and fruit growers Lubera. Mr Kobelt, who describes Red Love® as complex and interesting; a real taste sensation, has cross-pollinated a range of red-fleshed, sweet and disease resistant apple varieties to create a naturally red skinned, red fleshed apple with a crisp and long lasting taste.

Biddenden Sparkling Cider 2018

Dry, fruity cider, bottle fermented A dry, fruity cider produced by the traditional method, in the same way as our sparkling wine. Made using a blend of Kentish culinary and dessert apples, usually Cox and Bramley. Ideally drunk as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a meal. Why not complete the look with our etched wooden presentation box? 9% ABV

Biddenden Special Reserve

Cider fermented & matured in Oak Whiskey barrels Cider matured in Oak Whisky barrels giving it a smoky oaked taste and increasing alcohol content. Intended to be drunk as a port or sherry or can also add lemonade and fruit to it to make a ‘Pimms’ type drink. 13% ABV

Created using the traditional Barnes’ family recipe, all Biddenden’s ciders are produced from a blend of farm-pressed, quality Kentish culinary and dessert apples. Case of 24 330ml bottles. 8.4% ABV

Style: Medium Sweet, Real Cider. Strength: 6.4% ABV. Year: 2019. Attributes: Gluten Free, Unfiltered, Unfined, Vegan, Vegetarian. Allergens: Sulphites. An extremely drinkable mix of Cox and Bramley apples from Laurel Tree farm at Boars Head, topped off with Dabinet from Quarry Farm. There's a lot going on: crisp acidity gives way to sweetness and a mellow tannin finish. Lots of funky notes to spark your interest and the slow maturation lends a soft butteryness. Apple peel, sweet apple flesh, chewy apple core, it’s all here.

This single variety pressing of Dabinett apples from Quarry Farm does not disappoint. The deep tannins from this cider variety bring woody smokiness with a long apple finish.   FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (to TN22 1,2,4,5) or delivery costs from £8.50. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays (allow up to seven days for delivery).

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. Drivers operate a challenge 25 policy: if you appear under 25 you will be asked for photo ID.
