Still Cider Cider with Blackberry & Elderflower

Sheppy’s Cider with Blackberry and Elderflower is produced at our farm in Somerset. It is a delicious combination of dessert apple cider with blackberry juice and elderflower infusion. This artful combination captures the essence of Somerset’s sunny hedgerows. It is a crimson-red cider scented with aromatic elderflower and with the slight fruity sharpness natural to hedge blackberries.  

Redstreak

1 X 5 LITRE BIB 4% ABV

Redstreak is a delicious medium-sweet single variety cider with character. The modest ABV of this product makes this ideal for long lazy days, festivals and social occasions. This is a non sparkling variant of the bottled Redstreak, the cider should be served slightly chilled, but do not over chill.  

ORCHARD DEW

1 X 20 LITRE BIB 6% ABV

A fine, naturally cloudy cider. Orchard Dew is medium sweet cider, with a crisp refreshing taste.  

FARMHOUSE DRAUGHT CIDER - SWEET, MEDIUM OR DRY

Farmhouse draught is a filtered cider and has been the foundation of Sheppy’s Cider over generations. A traditional blend of cider apple varieties produces this still smooth, satisfying cider. The cider should be served slightly chilled, but do not over chill.

DOLORES

4% ABV - Medium 100% Pressed - Cascade Hopped 'All thine the new wine of desire, the fruit of four lips as they clung, till the hair and eyelids took fire, the foam of a serpentine tounge.' Dolores, the pagan sacred feminine. Our groundbreaking natural merger, combining traditional cider with British hops. Cascade imparts subtle pineapple and lychee notes to this smooth drinking, session cider.  

IDUNN

5% ABV - Medium 100% Pressed - Craft Cider Iðunn, the keeper of apples and granter of eternal youthfulness. Idolised in the Poetic Edda Lokasenna - a pagan era goddess. A smooth drinking medium still cider, low in acidity but with a dry mouthfeel imparted from the pressing of specially chosen British bittersweet cider apples. The true taste of the forbidden fruit and a great all year staple that pairs well with food.  

FREYA

4% ABV - Dry  100% Pressed - Summit Hopped Cloaked in a cape of falcon feathers, imbued with blessings of fertility and love, Freya roams the battlefields selecting those chosen from the slain to enter her eternal field - for she is also the goddess of death and war. This dry cider is infused with Summit hops for a month after its standard maturation; applying natural citrus fruit flavours and a bitter mouthfeel.
