Made using our core ‘Yorkshire Cider’ we steam juice locally sourced fruit to create a 100% natural juice cordial, not from concentrate and naturally low in sugars and add this to every batch. The Red berries in our Rosé cider vary from batch to batch depending on fruits available in season and include a mixture of plums, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, making this an ever-changing and unique cider with a naturally sweet finish.

Sloe Cider 4.0%

Made using our core ‘Yorkshire Cider’ we steam juice locally sourced fruit to create a 100% natural juice cordial, not from concentrate and naturally low in sugars and add this to every batch. Sloes add a deep colour and distinctive fuller bodied flavour, with a complex dry finish.

Somerset Red Streak Premium Single Variety Cider

This cider variety was introduced to the UK to rival the ‘superior’ French ciders of its time. This apple produces a complex cider with bittersweet, high tannin flavours. A refreshing medium dry cider.

Special Reserve Cider 5.5%

This is a dry cider, high in tannins, with a well-rounded finish.

Whiskey Barrel Aged Special Blend Cider 6.8%

Aged for a minimum of 6 months in Irish Whiskey Barrels, this cider has a dark colour with a soft medium dry hit to the palate and a long smooth whiskey finish. The more you drink, the more whiskey you can taste!
