"This Cider is dedicated to my father Gilbert Wale who was a legend in his own lifetime. Gilbert was born in August 1926 and died in October 2020 at the age of ninety four. He had a fantastic memory and brilliant sense of humour, always reminiscing very many funny true-life stories including impersonating the characters involved".
